Imaniworld
Since 2016, under the strategic leadership of three dedicated women and a chain of caring hearts, we have been writing a new story for Tanzania. At Imaniworld, we are joining forces across continents to bring hope where it is most needed.
We are actively working to transform the lives of the most vulnerable children in Arusha, Tanzania. Through education, nutrition and protection programs, we work with local communities to create real opportunities that break the cycle of poverty and allow them to forge a dignified future full of possibilities.

Our Projects

Sweet Dreams
Urgent Renewal of Household Items and Furniture
In any home, it’s common to replace basic items like sheets and blankets. However, in an orphanage with so many children, the need for replacement is even more pressing due to constant wear and tear.

Asphalt for Play
Open and safe spaces for everyone
The outdoor area of Huruma is currently dirt and very rocky, posing a danger for children and adolescents to play without the risk of serious injuries from falls. During the rainy season, conditions become even more challenging, turning activities like playing ball, jumping rope, or tag into a real struggle.

Health
Our Mission: Ensuring Good Hygiene and Annual Medical Check-ups
One of our fundamental projects is to educate and promote hygiene practices, as they are the foundation for good health. We conduct an annual medical check-up for all the children and seek funding for those who need treatments, whether to combat infections, viral diseases, or other conditions like HIV.
